1. Booking and Payment

All real estate transactions require an advance payment, which may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made through authorized channels specified by Veecap Infra.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If a buyer cancels a booking before signing an agreement, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period, subject to deductions.

3. Cancellation by Veecap Infra

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including legal or regulatory issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days, depending on the payment method used.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

Registration fees, administrative charges, and other processing costs may be non-refundable.
